Chris Dwan is a technologist and consultant specializing in scientific computing and data architecture for the life sciences. He directed the research computing team at the Broad Institute and was instrumental in the development of its data sciences program, as well as its transition from on-premise to a hybrid cloud infrastructure. Previously, Chris was the first technologist at the New York Genome Center, where he architected, designed, and built all of the computing, data storage, and network infrastructure.
Christian Smith is the VP of Product at Igneous, where he leads the creation of Igneous' data protection and management solutions. Prior to Igneous, Christian spent 15 years running field engineering organizations at EMC, Isilon, and NetApp.
Seth Jamison is a technology and storage evangelist for the FlashBlade team at Pure Storage. He has over 20 years of experience helping IT leaders solve technical challenges to accelerate HPC, cloud and enterprise workflows. He has held leadership roles at Dell’s Office of the CTO and was a systems architect at EMC focused on cloud and hosting environments.
