Nanterro emerges from stealth | RayOnStorage

Nanterro came out of stealth this week and announced it has been developing a new form of non-volatile RAM (NRAM) based on Carbon Nanotubes (CNT). 

Ray Lucchesi at the RayOnStorage Blog reports on the company's tech and funding news, noting: "So we have another non-volatile memory technology. On the other hand, these guys seem to be a long ways away from the lab, with something that works today and the potential to go all the way down to 5nm."
